26NSW12BabyWombat26NSW12TallForestEntries are now open for the 2026 Spring 6/12 rogaine on Saturday 17 October.

The ACT/NSW Spring Challenge is set in the spectacular Central Tablelands. Centred in the scenic Gurnang State Forest and extending into the western edge of the Blue Mountains National Park, this event offers competitors access to truly superb rogaining country. Participants will navigate through a beautiful mix of native eucalypt forests and mature pine plantations, both featuring a remarkably open understory. The terrain varies from flat with subtle features to steeper hills with well-defined spurs and gullies. The course has been set with navigational challenges tailored for both novice and experienced teams alike. Whether you plan to walk or run, the open terrain makes moving through this unique landscape an absolute pleasure. The area is home to some amazing wildlife, and if you are lucky, you might spot wombats in full daylight, or greater gliders after dark.

26daynightcycle bikeEntries are now open for the 2026 Night/Day/Cycle rogaine on the weekend of 19-20 September.

This year’s Night and Day/Cycle events will be in scenic Tallaganda State Forest, just an hour east of Canberra. Rogainers can expect a 50:50 mix of pine and native forest, with a course designed for all levels of experience. Camping will be available at the Hash House, so why not do the night then day event?

Congratulations to overall winner Ryan Stocks with a course clearance in 2:16. 18 solos or teams managed to clear the course in under 4 hours and quite a few people had more than one walk/run. Congratulations to overall winners Oscar Woolford and Nicholas Brennan, who cleared the course with over 40mins spare! Tristan White and Ivan Koudashev were second with 2,260 and Elizabeth Reid and Stewart Hancock third with 2,100. Well done to the family category winners Craig Mottershead and Archer Mottershead with an impressive score of 1600 points!

A huge thanks to the volunteers: Ron, Jean, Nina, Grant, Miranda, Tom, Andrew and Dan! Thank you to Hartley Lifecare for providing catering, and Paddy Pallin for sponsoring the event with lucky draw prizes. Well done to Ryan Stocks for setting a great course, and Ollie James for organising a successful event.

22ACT24hrHHatFinishPlease join us on Sunday 19 April at the Paddy Pallin 6 hour event Hash House site at the Orroral Valley Tracking Station (road end), Namadgi National Park for the 2026 ACTRA Annual General Meeting. The meeting will kick off at about 3:50pm while you're enjoying the wonderful catering from Hartley Lifecare.
