The Winter 4 hr event was held in the east Kowen Forest, a favourite rog
aining area. There were fast fire trails, tall or very short pine areas, so
me open grassland, a smattering of native vegetation and a bit of history.
The weather was a perfect fine winter's day revealing fantastic views of th
e Brindabellas, as well as lots of frosty patches and frozen puddles.\n
The
Hash House was located at the end of Sparrow Hill Road, approximately 10-1
2 km from Queanbeyan via the Kings Highway. The event started at 10:30am on
Sunday the 19th of July and finished at 2:30pm. Thank you to the team from
Hartley Lifecare for providing lunch, including the essential cheese toast
