DESCRIPTION:We are heading to the Belconnen region for the 2026 Realm of the Owl virtua
 lgaine. That title should give you a clue to the actual part of this region
  but you will have to wait until mid-May to find out exactly where. In the 
 meantime Jon Glanville, setter, and Julie Quinn, vetter are tempting us wit

The event course w
 ill be open for you between Saturday 23 May and the end of Monday 8 June 20
 26. That gives you three weekends, two of which are long weekends as well a
 s other times to have a go at the course. \n
Scoring in a virtual rogaine w
 orks using MapRun on your phone. Please download and read these instruction
 s  (images/MapRun6_Instructions.pdf)on using MapRun to learn how to use the
  App. The App uses the GPS on your phone to work out you are at the control
  location. To score a control you will need to be within 10 m of the featur
 e. Check your detailed control descriptions as there are no flags. The MapR
 un App will show the map on your phone screen but if you prefer to be able 
 to see the whole map, there will be a link on this page before the event to
  download and print your own copy. \n
Copies of the map on Teslin paper (wa
 terproof) will be available in Paddy Pallin's (Lonsdale Street, Civic) from
  Wednesday 20 May. \n
You can compete in a team or on your own. You can als
 o compete multiple times.\n

  and enter for free before you head out. We also encourage you to take pict
