s</p><p>If you have recently returned from overseas, or if you have travell
ed from a known COVID-19 ‘hotspot’ without a designated period of quarantin
e/isolation; or if you are awaiting the result of a COVID-19 test; or if yo
u are feeling unwell, or have flu-like symptoms, or if you have not been do
uble vaccinated for COVID, please stay home.</p><p>All travel into regional
NSW requires that you carry evidence of your double vaccination status – p
aper copy or download onto your phone.&nbsp; The NSW check-in app will not
work at the HH as there is poor reception.&nbsp; Please ensure your contact
details on the application form are correct.</p><p>Vaccination helps but d
oes not completely stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.&nbsp; Therefore,
we will do our best to make this event as COVID safe as possible.&nbsp; For
example, only one member of the team needs to come to registration. We wou
ld prefer you wear a mask at the admin tent although this is not mandatory.
&nbsp; Bring the completed indemnity forms for each member of the team alre
ady completed and signed.&nbsp; This will avoid milling around rego and sav
e you time! Maps, notes and Navlight tags will be handed out with minimal t
ouching. &nbsp; Please drop your team-numbered flight plan directly into th
e box provided. Touch points at the toilets will be cleaned regularly.&nbsp
;</p><p>At each water drops we will have 2 pumps inserted into water contai
ners.&nbsp; Please use the hand sanitiser available before and after touchi
ng the pumps.&nbsp; Please maintain a safe 1.5m distance from other teams -
including while doing your route planning, at the briefings, at the start
and finish, and when approaching controls.&nbsp;</p><p>We have made the nav
light punches hands-free by strapping them to the same feature as the contr
ol flag, mounted perpendicular to the feature and ready to use without need
ing to touch it with your hands.&nbsp; Just present your navlight wrist tag
to the reader so the navlight flashes in the usual way.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><br

ate indemnity form. Parents or guardians must sign for people under 18.&nbs
p; Also provide registration number(s) of your car(s) at the Hash House.</p
 ><p>Present your completed indemnity forms at the registration desk.&nbsp;
Only one team member needs to come to rego.</p><p>Medical advice: All compe
titors should consider advising their partner of any pre-existing medical c
onditions (such as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, susceptibility to anaphylaxi
 s) that may require first-aid action on course. This should include a descr
iption of the symptoms, the required first-aid action, and the location in
their bag of any medication (such as sugar, ventolin, epi-pen, anti-histami
 nes).</p><br /><p><strong>&nbsp;How to Get There</strong></p><p>Please make
an effort to share transport – covid safely.&nbsp; It will help reduce par
king at the HH and will make a small contribution to lower greenhouse gases
emissions.&nbsp; Every bit counts!</p><p>Hash House is located at Laurel C
amp Spectator Point Netier National Capital Rally Carpark.</p><br /><p>Comi
ng from Canberra</p><p>From the centre of Canberra, the Hash House is appro
ximately 30 minutes from Canberra.&nbsp;</p><br /><p>Take the Cotter Road w
est from Canberra, entering from Tuggeranong Parkway if you are from the no
rth or south of Canberra.</p><br /><p>You will then pass Cotter Campground
and Cotter Bend before entering Paddys River Road. Drive 2.7 kilometres on
Paddys River Road before you will see a turn to the right hand side at Laur

</p><p>If you have recently returned from overseas, or if you have travelle
d from a known COVID-19 ‘hotspot’ without a designated period of quarantine
/isolation; or if you are awaiting the result of a COVID-19 test; or if you
are feeling unwell, or have flu-like symptoms, or if you have not been dou
ble vaccinated for COVID, please stay home.</p><p>All travel into regional
NSW requires that you carry evidence of your double vaccination status – pa
per copy or download onto your phone.&nbsp; The NSW check-in app will not w
ork at the HH as there is poor reception.&nbsp; Please ensure your contact
details on the application form are correct.</p><p>Vaccination helps but do
es not completely stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus.&nbsp; Therefore, w
e will do our best to make this event as COVID safe as possible.&nbsp; For
example, only one member of the team needs to come to registration. We woul
d prefer you wear a mask at the admin tent although this is not mandatory.&
nbsp; Bring the completed indemnity forms for each member of the team alrea
dy completed and signed.&nbsp; This will avoid milling around rego and save
you time! Maps, notes and Navlight tags will be handed out with minimal to
uching. &nbsp; Please drop your team-numbered flight plan directly into the
  box provided. Touch points at the toilets will be cleaned regularly.&nbsp;
</p><p>At each water drops we will have 2 pumps inserted into water contain
ers.&nbsp; Please use the hand sanitiser available before and after touchin
g the pumps.&nbsp; Please maintain a safe 1.5m distance from other teams -
including while doing your route planning, at the briefings, at the start a
nd finish, and when approaching controls.&nbsp;</p><p>We have made the navl
ight punches hands-free by strapping them to the same feature as the contro
l flag, mounted perpendicular to the feature and ready to use without needi
ng to touch it with your hands.&nbsp; Just present your navlight wrist tag
to the reader so the navlight flashes in the usual way.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><br

uch as diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, susceptibility to anaphylaxis) that may
require first-aid action on course. This should include a description of th
e symptoms, the required first-aid action, and the location in their bag of
any medication (such as sugar, ventolin, epi-pen, anti-histamines).</p><br
/><p><strong>&nbsp;How to Get There</strong></p><p>Please make an effort t
o share transport – covid safely.&nbsp; It will help reduce parking at the
HH and will make a small contribution to lower greenhouse gases emissions.&
nbsp; Every bit counts!</p><p>Hash House is located at Laurel Camp Spectato
r Point Netier National Capital Rally Carpark.</p><br /><p>Coming from Canb
erra</p><p>From the centre of Canberra, the Hash House is approximately 30
minutes from Canberra.&nbsp;</p><br /><p>Take the Cotter Road west from Can
berra, entering from Tuggeranong Parkway if you are from the north or south
of Canberra.</p><br /><p>You will then pass Cotter Campground and Cotter B
end before entering Paddys River Road. Drive 2.7 kilometres on Paddys River
Road before you will see a turn to the right hand side at Laurel Camp Road
